3-Day Weekend Specials All 3-day weekend specials allow our guests to choose between a 3-day stay at Green Acres Cabins beginning Friday at check-in time and ending on Monday morning or a stay that begins on Saturday and continues until Tuesday morning. Rates for the 3-day weekend specials are below:

**Monthly rentals must be reserved and paid in full by June 1, 2013.

Policies
Lodging Information Four cottages, all of which accommodate four adults or two adults and three children. If party arrives with more people (including children of any age), than agreed to, the party may be asked to leave without a refund.
We do not allow pets. This includes dogs, cats and any other animls. We do not allow pets to visit in the cottages. We do not allow pets to be kept in the car or on the premises at any time.
No smoking inside the cabins is permitted.
Again, those who do not abide by these policies may be asked to leave without a refund.
Deposit A $100.00 advance deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Reservations will only be guaranteed for one week beyond the booking request to allow for mail receipt of the required deposit.
Remaining Balance The remaining balance must be received no later than 30 days prior to the booked date.
Cancellation A full deposit will be only refunded for cancellations made 60 days prior to the booked date. One half of the deposit ($50) will be refunded for cancellations made 45 days prior to the booked date. One quarter of the deposit ($25) will be refunded for cancellations made 30 days prior to the booked date. No further refunds will be given. No e-mail cancellations will be honored.
Payment We accept cash and checks for payment. Our check policy is as follows: checks are accepted as advance deposits and as payment for remaining balances for weekly renters only. We ask that our guests booking a date within one week of a reservation request and those guests booking for less than 4 nights be prepared to pay cash upon check-in.
Check-In/Check-Out Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. Check-Out is at 10:00 a.m.

All of our cottages are equipped for full housekeeping. Following, is a detailed list of our cottage and site amenities:
Full Kitchen, including all kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils) as well as dining table
